The Product Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting a company's products, providing expert knowledge to both internal teams and customers, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective product development and sales strategies. They act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring the product meets customer needs and aligns with market trends.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to walk-in patients by helping them find and select the most appropriate medical items to suit their specific medical condition.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of medical devices.
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations (CMEs) and technical expertise.
- Conduct training sessions for sales executives and medical professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide customer support and timely issue resolution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of medical devices.
- Represent the company at events and conferences.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
- Prepares, updates, and maintains product brochures and marketing flyers to ensure accuracy and alignment with current branding.
- Handle any additional or unforeseen tasks that may arise (ad-hoc tasks).
Requirements :
