The Deputy Head / Head of School will provide academic leadership, strategic direction, and administrative oversight for the School of Business and Accountancy. This role involves managing the school, ensuring academic quality, and driving continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and new programme development.
Responsibilities
- Teach and assess subjects including Principles of Marketing, Introduction to Brand Management, Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, International Business, Consumer Behavior, and Business Ethics.
- Provide leadership and direction in academic planning, programme development, and quality assurance.
- Manage and supervise school members, ensuring effective teaching and student support.
- Oversee curriculum review, accreditation compliance, and alignment with institutional standards.
- Foster industry linkages and academic collaborations.
- Ensure effective administration of the School, including budgeting, staffing, and student progression.
- Represent the School in academic boards, committees, and external engagements.
