The Role

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for customer order management, and exceeding customer satisfaction and sales coordination.

Accountabilities

  • Handle customer enquiry and customer leads while coordinating with Sales team on quotes and opportunity conversion.
  • Customer Order Processing from order receipt till invoicing, and timely deliveries and accounts receivable.
  • Coordination with Cross Functional Team - Supply Chain, Costing, Fabrication, Production, Warehousing (for material availability), delivery, product samples, marketing materials, on-site service and NPD.
  • Managing Import and Export Shipments.
  • Coordination with Customer, Sales and Finance Team for timely collection of payments.
  • CRM (Salesforce) and ERP Management for leads, quotes, order processing, invoicing and case management.
  • SOP adherence on customer master creation, price update, credit deviation and resolving customer feedback.
  • Inside Sales Coordination for achieving deliverables on sales targets, On-Time Deliveries and Accounts receivable.
  • Customer Correspondence and Internal Team Communication timely and in an efficient manner.
  • Upkeep of customer and material data.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years experience in a global company with strong experience in order processing and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems on customer order management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer and sales team correspondences.
  • Customer centricity to meet service levels and achieve business performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adaptive for efficient sales coordination and customer service.
  • Good multi-tasking skills with time management and effective listening skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and a local language preferable.
  • Self-driven and able to adapt to change.
  • Able to collaborate and be a team player.
