Position : Guest Happiness Specialist

As a Guest Happiness Specialist at The Flex , you’ll be the heart and voice of our brand. Your mission is simple : make every guest feel cared for, supported, and happy throughout their stay . You’ll help guests with bookings, check-ins, and any questions they have — ensuring smooth, stress-free experiences from start to finish. Using our in-house PMS tools, you’ll manage requests efficiently and turn potential issues into memorable moments of hospitality. If you’re empathetic, solution-driven, and take pride in making people smile — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Support : Handle guest inquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism.
Booking Assistance : Help guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
Problem Solving : Quickly resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and proactive communication.
Communication Management : Keep guests informed every step of the way for a seamless experience.
Feedback Loop : Collect and share guest insights to help improve our service quality.
Upselling & Retention : Recommend add-ons and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

A natural people-person with a warm, empathetic approach.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals.

Tech-savvy and confident using PMS or CRM systems.

Calm under pressure and great at multitasking.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus).
