Data Management Specialist (12-month contract)

As a Data Management Specialist within our dynamic Supply Chain team, you’ll own and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring seamless data flow and operational excellence, while supporting master data set-up for new product launches and market expansions, directly contributing to our regional success story. Responsibilities

P2P Concierge

• Support new vendor registration and system set-up
• Create / submit PRs, ensure timely approval
• Perform goods receipt and resolve GRIR issues
• Assist with vendor info verification and audit requests
• Manage KBuy and SAP helpdesk tasks (release strategy, purchasing group / org)
• Close aged / delivered POs with BU / KBuy team
• Handle requisitioner queries, courier coverage, pantry orders for Singapore office
• Participate in continuous improvement and business meetings
