Key Responsibilities :
1. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, manager input, and skills gap analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs (internal workshops, external trainers, e-learning, certifications).
- Manage training budgets, attendance, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Drive continuous learning culture and support career development initiatives.
- Maintain training records, reports, and HRDF claims (if applicable).
2. Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business units, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.3. Campus Recruitment
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and professional institutions.Organize career fairs, internship programs, and graduate hiring initiatives.Enhance employer branding strategies targeting fresh graduates and young professionals.Oversee onboarding and mentoring programs for interns and management trainees.4. Ad Hoc HR Projects & Support
Support HR-related projects, events, and engagement activities as required.Assist in policy updates, reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.Undertake ad hoc assignments from management to support business and HR prioritiesRequirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.2–4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to training, recruitment, or campus hiring preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS systems is an added advantage.Self-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Passion for people development and talent acquisition.Staff Benefits :
