Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and video editing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the organization's content.
Ensuring that all content is optimized for different platforms and formats, such as social media, website, and email newsletters, to maximize its reach and impact.
Job Responsibilities
Create Visual Brand Identity
Conceptualize and design branding / marketing materials, or advertisements.
Produce new artwork based on brand guidelines agreed upon with our marketing team.
Use creative and organization skills to create video, print, and digital advertising materials.
Produce effective and thoughtful video marketing and communications materials for company needs, for both internal and external uses.
Create a brand identity and style guide for the company’s marketing needs.
Develop Key Visuals and Collaterals for Marketing Campaigns
Assist in the management of the website, newsletters, and all other company materials, where necessary.
Design all graphic, sales and marketing materials e.g., EDM / Posters / Banners / Sales Display.
On-site photos were required during video productions.
Corporate photography could include associate portraits.
Manage Content from Concept to Production
Work according to briefs for the branding needs and guidelines.
Editing the content.
Research the potential effectiveness of new equipment or software in relation to its benefit for the department.
Video Production
Conceptualization, writing, and storyboarding where necessary.
Conceptualization and design of creative visual and typographic elements for use in video / digital projects.
Film in studio or on-location where necessary.
Media management of acquired files, editing, colour correction and image adjustment, final file preparation and delivery to multiple channels.
Assist in the casting of talent for video shoots where necessary.
Work with third-party vendors where required for video production.
Production for in-house corporate videos, digital videos, and third-party videos, as well as customer-facing broadcast / streaming content such as commercials, PSAs, etc.
Set up and maintain sound equipment for video shoots.
Sound acquisition on set when necessary.
Create SFX and music in post-production when necessary.
Job Requirements
Advanced editing, sound design, camera operations, copywriting, and equipment maintenance experience.
Work as part of a creative team, as well as independently, while using editing, copywriting, and design resources and industry references to create new ideas.
Perform very detailed functions and handle multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.

BSc / BA in Communication, Multimedia, Digital Art, or relevant field.
At least 3 years’ work experience in creative video editing / production.
Experience with Motion Graphics.
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
