Drive revenue growth by selling corporate training programs. Identify and engage potential clients via calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Understand client needs and craft tailored training proposals. Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery. Track market trends and contribute to new training offerings. Support training logistics and ensure virtual platforms are ready. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
