Job Summary

Cultivating TPS Knowledge and Skills among In-house & external (Suppliers) through the implementation of TPS kaizen in manufacturing.

Operational

Job Description

Understand fundamentals of TPS & basic thinking.

Lead kaizen projects and facilitate mutual understanding for all stakeholders' leaders to grasp lean initiatives.

Educate & train production members at all levels to understand TPS tools & lean concepts.

Set KPIs based on company needs & align with direction from top management.

Conduct process analysis & utilize TPS tools to identify & eliminate waste.

Develop standardized work to ensure consistency, efficiency & quality in production processes.

Job Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with minimum CGPA of 3.5.

Good command of spoken & written English.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation skills, problem solving & analytical skills.

Leadership, teamwork, hands‑on & technical aptitude.

Effective communication, understanding of safety & quality standards.

Basic understanding of manufacturing operations & flow.

Lean certification will be an added advantage.
