What You Will Do

  • Provide business analysis services and / or project management services to Business Administration Operations projects or initiatives under limited supervision.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand processes, infrastructure, roadmaps, and business context to address challenges.
  • Support the Director of Project and Change to define, deliver, and report benefit realization KPI and metrics for the Asia Administration Operations portfolio.
  • Review assigned business processes end-to-end to identify operational and technological risks and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency.
  • Support administration system development cycles.
  • Analyze, test, and verify IT proposed solutions for client data administration; translate business requirements into technical specifications for Asia IT.
  • Provide project management for assigned regional projects (mid-sized), including AI initiatives; produce PMO documentation (Project Charter, Budget & Finance tracking, RAID log, PMO / COO Dashboard, and related benefit realization metrics).
  • Manage resources, drive issue resolution, and negotiate stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Present ideas clearly to management and peers; facilitate meetings and lead presentations; develop communication processes to update stakeholders on project results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years related experience in business analysis, project management, PMO, demand management, etc.
  • 5+ years in a Financial Institution or 2+ years in insurance / reinsurance industry.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall); experience with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) or hybrid delivery preferred.
  • Advanced investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to share knowledge and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience with time / effort tracking and financial reporting tools; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience with data management / visualization tools (Power BI, ETL, Python) preferred.
  • CBAP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile Scrum or SAFe certification preferred.
