Position : Document Controller

Location : Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:

• Manage and control all project documents, including engineering drawings, technical documents, correspondence, and project records.
• Register, track, distribute, and archive documents using the designated Document Management System (DMS/EDMS).
• Ensure document numbering, revision control, and distribution are in accordance with project procedures and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors on document submission and transmittals.
• Maintain document registers, logs, and master document lists (MDL).
• Ensure timely retrieval and availability of documents for project teams and audits.
• Support project audits, reviews, and compliance checks related to document control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and HSE requirements.
• Perform other document control and administrative tasks as assigned by project management.

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum recognized Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum seven (7) years of practical experience in oil and gas projects as a Document Controller.
