Join Us as an ASEAN Strategy & Coordination Assistant Manager

Are you a strategic thinker who loves bringing people together across borders?

We're looking for someone to help shape the future of Daikin in ASEAN by driving collaboration, alignment, and growth across our regional companies.

What You'll Do :

Shape the Big Picture – Develop strategic plans and help turn them into action across ASEAN Group companies.
Spot Opportunities – Monitor management activities, propose smart improvements, and keep us on track.
Bridge Cultures & Ideas – Facilitate coordination between Daikin Japan and our ASEAN teams.
Make Connections – Organize ASEAN management events that spark collaboration and alignment.
Drive Results – Monitor, advise, and take proactive steps to help us achieve sustainable, long-term growth.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Studies with min. CGPA 3.0 or Second-Class Upper.

5–8 years of relevant experience.

Independent, clear communicator, and a master at organizing complex work.

Strong analytical mind—you turn complexity into clarity.

Willing to travel within ASEAN and beyond.

Japanese proficiency is a must.
