Procurement Executive

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure the best commercial and contractual terms.

Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in line with project requirements.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, timely delivery, and service commitments.

Develop and maintain supplier databases, market intelligence, and cost benchmarking for construction materials and services.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors to align procurement activities with project schedules and budgets.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and inventory management to avoid project delays.

Track, analyze, and report procurement cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.

Assist in resolving procurement-related disputes, claims, or contractual issues.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cost optimization strategies.
