Responsibilities

  • Enhances the organization's HR operations by managing foreign worker administration, payroll, recruitment and general HR functions.
  • To prepare foreign worker documentation such as offer letter, contract extension, deduction, exit documentation, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other Foreign Worker-related letters.
  • Handling all matter to the process of foreign worker such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances, Passport and Permit renewal and all related documents.
  • Administers payroll processing by collecting attendance data, calculating wages, deductions, and statutory contributions, and ensuring timely salary payments.
  • Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance. Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks.
  • Supports recruitment efforts by preparing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process.
  • Conduct background check for the shortlisted candidates
  • Handle employee management of local security guard
  • Undertake ad‑hoc assignment assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally handling foreign worker management, payroll processing, and recruitment.
  • Experience dealing with Malaysian labor laws, foreign worker regulations (e.g., FOMEMA, MYEG, Immigration), and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Requires good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to follow deadlines
