Billing Manager

The Billing Manager is responsible to oversee Sales Commission functions in Malaysia. This role required to lead small sales commission team, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commission and resolving disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Make an Impact by:

• To ensure sales commission processes and systems are setup in an optimal and efficient manner.
• Monitor sales commission processes, develop and maintain process documents.
• To be able to translate commission schema into quantifiable formulae and computable logic.
• To lead the team in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with our internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring commission payout accuracy.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve disputes and discrepancies as and when they arise.
• Promptly address any concerns and issues relates to sales commission payout
• Drive operational excellence to meet payout timelines and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives by working with IT or the Digital team and furnishing requirements.

Skills for Success

• Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Business or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years experience in finance or business operations
• Experience in leading a team of co-workers and dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with billing or commission systems and processes
• Experience in working with SAP / APEX is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Has strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and meticulous
• Possess effective communication skills both written and spoke
