Overview

We're Hiring : Microsoft 365 / Teams / SharePoint Specialist! We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 specialist fluent in Mandarin to manage and optimize our cloud-based collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint administration, with strong technical skills to support our growing organization's digital transformation needs.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode : Work from anywhere

Role : Microsoft 365 / Teams / SharePoint Specialist

Responsibilities

Configure and manage Microsoft 365 environments
Administer Teams channels, permissions, and integrations
Design and maintain SharePoint sites and workflows
Provide technical support and troubleshooting
Monitor system performance and security compliance
Train users on platform features and best practices

Qualifications

3+ years experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Fluency in Mandarin and English

Strong SharePoint and Teams administration skills

Knowledge of PowerShell and automation tools

Experience with security and compliance features

Excellent problem-solving abilities
