About the Employer

The employer is one of the biggest bank in Malaysia with more than 400 branch across Malaysia is now Hiring for Personal Banker to be stationed in their branch across Malaysia.

  • Fresh Graduate basic from RM 3000 and above , relevant experienced candidate up to RM 10,000
  • Attractive remuneration package
  • Wide range of benefits which amongst others include medical, insurance coverage, staff housing loan
  • Able to choose preferred bank branch subject to availability and demographic

Responsibility

  • Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
  • Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for salesParticipate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
  • Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling activities
  • Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

    • Requirements

  • Fresh Diploma / Degree Graduates / SPM Holder with 2 years working experience
  • Experienced banking sales candidate would be an advantageComfortable with sales role and self motivated
  • Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
