During the twelve (12) months of this program, you will gain practical on-the-job training with us!

Job Responsibilities

Advise clients on optimal insurance & takaful solutions by conducting structured needs analysis
Drive penetration of selected insurance & takaful products by presenting product features with strategic value narratives and regulatory relevance
Monitor and optimize individual portfolio performance through policy reviews periodically, identifying gaps or overlaps
Uphold compliance, governance and ethical advisory standards from documentation to meeting regulatory guidelines to communicate transparency to customers

Candidate Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's degree in any related field

Fresh graduate is preferred

Open to new opportunities and willing to learn
