We are looking for a Senior Captain - Banquet Operationsbased at Kerry HotelHong Kong!

Responsibilities

Provide quality service to guests

Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights

Ensure that service / items are prepared according to the standards

Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service

Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction

Assist the manager in the day to day operations

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, with 3 years experience in a supervisory role

Excellent guest interaction skills

Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Guest oriented and a good team player

Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
