Established in year 2012, FANAKHONE (M) SDN. BHD. is a professional interior design and renovation company specializing in delivering high-quality design and construction solutions. With more than a decade of experience, we pride ourselves on our creativity, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

We are now looking for an Site Supervisor to support our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be fully responsible for the overall planning and management of construction projects, formulate detailed progress plans, and ensure that the projects are carried out on time.
  • Organize and coordinate construction teams, technical personnel and various suppliers to ensure the efficiency and order of the construction process.
  • Strictly control the quality of the project, implement quality supervision and testing standards, and deal with quality problems in a timely manner.
  • Monitor project costs, conduct cost budgeting and accounting, and take effective measures to control costs.
  • Deal with various emergencies and risks during project implementation and formulate response strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U in any field.
  • Minimum 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the construction industry as required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Responsible in Site Safety. Implementation / Inspection / etc. in compliance with authority / safety requirement.
  • Good attitude and hardworking, understand well all the safety supervisor duties as well as the method to execute it, capable & efficient in handling tasks, etc.
