Performance Tester

Qualification and Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in computer
• min 3 years of relevant experience working as Performance tester with LoadRunner
• Document software defects, using JIRA and report defects to software developers
• Cultivate, support, and promote an organizational culture that provides for high performance, high morale, integrity, and teamwork
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Expertise within forecasting, requirement gathering, delivery execution, timeline creation, etc.
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies
• Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.
• Experience in managing multicultural, diverse, direct, and virtual teams.
• Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
