JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Coordinate and liaise with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies (e.g. City Council, PEKEMA, MITI, PUSPAKOM) for all matters related to license applications, renewals, and document submissions.
Oversee and manage company properties and physical assets to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and documentation.
Handle all issues related to company laptops including inventory tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and maintenance.
Maintain and monitor a schedule for all license renewals, tenancy agreements, and other compliance-related deadlines to ensure timely action.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
