Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Specialist

Schedule : 40hrs per week; Monday through Friday, 11 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM Eastern Standard Time with 1-hour unpaid break

Rate : Up USD5 per hour (approximately USD825 per month) to be paid in the selected candidate's local currency.

Scopes :

• Initial focus on aged leads (2+ weeks old) before progressing to fresh leads
• Performance measured by KPIs including daily dials, conversations, appointments booked, and disqualifications
• Growth trajectory includes potential leadership and training responsibilities
• Access to VS Connect dialer system and Monday.com CRM platform
• Partnership-style working relationship with business owner rather than traditional employee structure

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
