HRIS Analyst – Reporting

Overview

Huntsman Corporation is looking for a dynamic HRIS Analyst – Reporting. The Huntsman HR Technology Team seeks a Workday reporting expert to help create reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable information to executives, managers, and associates. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs for analytics and how dashboards are used, ensuring meaningful information is delivered to stakeholders. Primary responsibility is reporting, with opportunities to grow skills in HCM, Comp, Recruiting, security, eibs, integrations, etc. This role may coordinate enhancements to and maintenance of our ServiceNow tool for HR. Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Build Workday solutions and answer how / why questions for discovery boards, embedded analytics, and reporting gaps.
• Create / improve reports, dashboards, analytics, and calc fields.
• Troubleshoot and resolve global reporting issues with reports, dashboards, discovery boards, etc.
• Apply consultative skills to understand questions, rationale, and optimal ways to answer them.
• Partner and collaborate with HRBP’s, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and other stakeholders on projects of varying scope.
• Support global day-to-day activities and share knowledge about reporting with others.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Workday reports, including creating / modifying reports and dashboards; experience with composite and matrix reports is a plus.
• Gather true requirements and deliver reporting that meets customer needs; understand end‑to‑end processes and upstream / downstream impacts.
• Maintain a holistic view of the system and its inputs / outputs; assess changes comprehensively.
