Accountable for end-to-end planning, management and on-time delivery of the project. Act as the team interface to Customer, Commercial and all supporting departments within MAB Engineering. Manage customer service level, project cost and product quality. To manage the TAT according to the project timeline for on-time delivery. To motivate the team to excel and achieve project goals. To manage budget and overall profitability of the project. To review regulatory and authority requirements, initiate capability build-up and ensure the required quality and regulatory standards are maintained. To coordinate with Production Planning Control (PPC) and other departments at pre-planning stage including package review, capacity, resource planning, equipment, and tooling availability. To conduct daily progress meetings with the customer and daily aircraft operation meetings with the check foreman and other supporting departments on operational issues. To review Additional Work Requests (AWR) arising from Customer requests and work packages, obtain Customer acceptance and manage execution. To coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for spare availability and delivery. To manage customer expectations and service delivery levels. To update the aircraft check status to Customer and MAB Engineering management. To escalate and resolve project management issues in a timely manner. To coordinate with other Section / Department heads for supports and recovery plans. To coordinate billing processes and conclude “Over & Above” with the Customer. To coordinate and manage post-mortem activities to ensure corrective actions are carried out. To carry out any other task as directed by superiors. Qualifications and experience
Holder of aircraft maintenance license acceptable to CAAM and / or Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or other relevant studies. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in the airline engineering industry, with 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role in a Part 145 environment. Senioriy level
