Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with departments to monitor spending, costs, and financial performance
• Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and implementation of financial controls
• Support the finance team with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc analysis
• Work on assigned projects to improve financial systems, reporting, or efficiency
• Rotate through key finance functions (e.g., FP&A, accounting, treasury, internal audit) as part of the training program
