We are looking for a dependable and detail-driven Sea Freight Executive to join our growing Sea Freight Division. You’ll work closely with our Sea Freight Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate handling of all export and import operations.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment and takes pride in delivering excellence and precision in every shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and maintain sea freight export and import job files, ensuring timely updates and accurate invoicing.
• Deliver top‑tier customer service to local and international clients and vendors.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including pricing, documentation, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide proactive updates on shipment status.
• Ensure complete documentation and proper file archiving according to company SOPs.
• Monitor and respond to critical operational emails after hours when necessary.
• Support ad‑hoc assignments and department‑wide projects as required by management.
