Penerangan pekerjaanUse design of hardware fixation components such as brackets, clips, and mounting points using 3D modelling Development of wire harness routing designs in 3D to ensure secure routing to connectors Create and understand schematic drawings Mechanical Structural Design : Design of structural members, castings and weld fabrications Weld Design : Design of welding, structural components Vehicle Integration and Assembly : Contribute to Mechanical or Electrical integration as part of Vehicle integration and assembly FEA : Understand and apply Finite Element Analysis in Mechanical design Customer satisfaction – Based on feedback from customer Adherence to schedule / timelines Adherence to SLAs where applicable Number of defects post delivery Number of non-compliance issues Percentage of reduction reoccurrence of known defects Defined productivity standards for project Completion of all mandatory training requirements Understand the design requirements : sheet metal design guidelines, stack-up analysis, weldment mining design guidelines, casting knowledge, and large assembly management Identify, analyse, and rectify drawing errors, technical errors, PLM & PDM errors, and model errors Create documentation for one\'s own work Input / output folder maintenance Status updates in project tracker Comply with project-related reporting standards / process Design review presentation Maintain documents for audit purposes Create / model procedures documents, checklists, model QC work-flow, etc. Adhere to PLM & PDM process Understand inputs, client expectations, and work scope Improve domain competency Improve soft-skill competency by attending trainings and webinars Ability to perform interference checks against top-level assembly Ability to create harness drawings Ability to work in a team environment Good written and verbal communication abilities Proactively seek help wherever required Ability to work in a team with strong interpersonal skills Ability to think analytically and conceptually Appropriate 3D software modules GD&T Value Analysis / Value Engineering to reduce product cost Knowledge about customer domain and sub-domain Domain knowledge of Off-Highway mining equipment, Electro-mechanical, Automotive, Casting, Plastic, Semiconductor, Medical, Aerospace, Heavy machinery Proficiency in Creo, Cabling, Piping, Sheet metal, AutoCAD, Part modeling, Casting Drawing, MBA (Model Based Assembly or Paperless drawing) Perform onboard DC / DC circuit verification and testing Verify power supply functionality and performance Publish and maintain power supply verification status, logs, and test data Debug and duplicate power system–related issues for root cause analysis Develop test plans and prepare detailed test reports Deliver test results on schedule and provide feedback to the design team for corrective action Support forecasting and procurement of test equipment and tools for new technology initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in power test for server, storage, or network products Hands-on ability to solder with a soldering iron Strong skills in using test equipment such as electrical load, power supply, oscilloscopes, voltage / current probes, loop analyzers, etc. Familiarity with electrical components such as inductors, MOSFETs, and capacitors Knowledge of DC / DC topology and experience in testing power supplies, power bricks, or onboard DC / DC is preferred Working knowledge of power supply topologies and commonly used parts Experience with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, PMBus, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Mid-Senior level Full-time Engineering and Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting
