Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging Mandarin-based activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn through play in Mandarin.
- Deliver Mandarin lessons, songs, and stories to enhance children's Mandarin language acquisition and cultural understanding.
- Observe and assess each child\'s progress and development, providing individualized attention and support to meet their specific needs in a daycare setting.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child\'s progress, behavior, and any concerns, fostering a collaborative partnership.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the daycare, adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement daycare-wide events and activities that promote a sense of community and celebrate Mandarin culture.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment, addressing behavioral issues with patience and understanding.
- Prepare teaching materials and resources to support Mandarin language instruction and activities, ensuring they are aligned with the curriculum.
- Integrate Mandarin language and culture into all aspects of the daycare program, creating a rich and immersive learning experience for the children.
