Identify potential clients through networking, roadshows, cold calls, and digital outreach.

Understand clients’ training needs and propose suitable programs or customized solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with upcoming training events.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain client databases and follow up on leads promptly.

Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.

Keep updated with HRDF regulations, training grants, and claim procedures.
