As an Sales Specialist, you will drive end-to-end nutraceutical OEM / ODM solutions that support growth and business sustainability. Your role includes preparing strategic proposals, managing client accounts, and securing new business.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and successful product launches. Acting as the main point of contact for technical and quality inquiries, you'll ensure clear communication and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end development of nutraceutical OEM / ODM solutions, driving substantial revenue growth while ensuring long-term business sustainability.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven proposals and competitive quotations that align strategically with client objectives and company goals.
  • Expand and nurture key client relationships through proactive account management while actively pursuing new business opportunities to fuel market expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure efficient project execution, on-time delivery, and successful product launches.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all technical and quality-related inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution, transparent communication, and superior client satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • A degree in Health, Nutrition, Food Science, Wellness, or a related discipline; internship or up to 1 year of experience in health-focused FMCG roles is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of functional ingredients and their interactions, with an interest in how raw materials, processing, and packaging affect product quality.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to solve problems using data and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good business acumen and communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to manage costs, negotiate with suppliers, and support partnerships.
  • Eagerness to learn about OEM / ODM processes, product development cycles, and how to support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
