Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and run marketing campaigns for Mega Days (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, PayDay, etc.)
  • Schedule and manage in-platform tools : vouchers, bundle deals, flash sales, etc.
  • Coordinate with creative team for visuals, banners, landing pages, and videos

Online Store Management

  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
  • Ensure brand store design and UX are updated and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support daily operations : product uploads, price updates, stock monitoring
  • Data & Performance Tracking

  • Track campaign ROI, traffic, CTR, conversions, and bounce rate
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Assist in sales forecasting, budget tracking, and A / B testing
  • Platform & Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok account managers for campaign slots & co-marketing
  • Collaborate with sourcing / logistics / sales teams to sync marketing and inventory plans
  • Communicate with Japanese partners for product launches and content coordination
