qc / qa engineer

Responsibilities : -

• Responsible for the customer accounts that are assigned to him / her to ensure that customer satisfaction is met.
• Work closely with the other departments concerned on the effective handling of the customer complaints to prevent recurrence.
• Closely review and monitor the quality performance of the customer account that is assigned to him / her. Plan, develop and implement the strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist Department Head in executing the plans and strategies o achieve the department objectives as well as organization quality policy and objective.
• Plan, schedule and conduct periodic quality systems and process audit at in-house, suppliers and subcontractors premises to ensure their continuing capability in producing products that are meeting customer requirements / satisfactions.
• Closely work with all the departments concerned on the any new project / tooling at the every beginning stage to identify all the potential causes, determine the appropriate controls and corrective actions to eliminate or at least to minimize the frequency of occurrence.
• Plan, schedule and conduct product training to sub-ordinates and / or production personnel to ensure their competence in defect detection and inspection judgment.
• Recommend solution for the improvement of quality, productivity and work efficiency to increase the customer satisfaction.
• Perform any jobs as and when requested by the superior.

Key Authorities : -

1) Recommend to stop or on hold production and shipment that may cause customer dissatisfaction.

2) Take necessary actions on sub-ordinates, discipline.

3) Request corrective and preventive actions from the responsible department and reject any Corrective Action Report that is inappropriate or in adequate.

Min. Competency Requirements : -

o Diploma / degree holder at any technical discipline.

o Minimum 2 years working experience in QA. For those do not have the academic qualification minimum 3 years working experience at the similar industry is required.

o Computer literate. Possess driving license class D.

Pay : RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
