Purpose of position
- Preparing basic and serving all food items according to the production standards established by Head chef.
Drivers' Responsibilities
Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.Kept delivery service vehicle and delivery area clean and organized while adhering to principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.Assisted with customer service, phone calls, and organized orders.Counted and verified all products individually before leaving the kitchen.Delivering food for outside catering services.Assisting to clear cutlery and kitchen equipment after outside catering.Collaborated with management representative to communicate customer concerns.Kitchen Helper Responsibilities
Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition : Sweeps and mops floors.Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.Steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans.Washes pots, pans, and trays.Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dish washing machine.Sets up banquet tables.Washes and peels vegetables, using knife or peeling machine.Loads or unloads food and delivering supplies and food.Education Required : SPM

OT : RM12.00 per hours
