Accounts Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing customer payments. Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy of financial transactions. Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation. Other ad hoc duties or project as assigned by superior or management from time-to-time Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to address inquiries and resolve issues. Computer literate preferably with knowledge of Autocount Accounting system
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good understanding of accounting knowledge.
- Exhibit proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
