Job Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Planning

Plan, create, and schedule daily social media content (posts, reels, stories, TikTok videos).

  • Collaborate with graphic / video teams to produce visually engaging conten.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned captions in English & BM.

Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches.

Community Management

Monitor inboxes, comments, and DMs across all platforms.

  • Respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and manage feedback.
  • Identify UGC opportunities and engage with fans, influencers, and creators.
  • Performance Tracking.
  • Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) .
  • Prepare weekly / monthly reports with key insights & optimization suggestions.

    • Monitor trends and competitor activity.

    Campaign Support

    Support influencer campaigns and liaise with selected KOLs / KOCs.

  • Assist in planning social media giveaways, contests, or special events.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of social media management experience (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and trending tools.
  • Strong writing skills & a good eye for visual storytelling.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient spoken, read and written in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage (Speak, read & write).

    • Bonus Points if You Have :

  • Experience running paid social ads (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads).
  • KOL / creator coordination experience.
  • You're active on TikTok or Instagram Reels yourself
  • Basic photo / video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools).
