Overview
Working Days : 6 days a week (Monday–Sunday). Working Hours : 10 : 00am – 9 : 00pm (Includes : 1 hr lunch, 1 hr dinner, 1.5 hrs compulsory OT). Rest Day : 1 weekday (scheduled by management). Salary Package : Basic (RM1700 to RM2200) + OT + Commission + Incentive = RM2500 to RM10k+.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic housekeeping, maintain outlet cleanliness & product display
- Follow manager’s instructions and company SOPs
- Perform cashiering duties & handle transactions
- Support neighborhood outlet operations when needed
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and events (allowance provided)
- Promote company marketing campaigns & brand image
- Monitor merchandise handling, prevent theft / misuse according to company policy
