RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market research to identify suppliers that meet school quality standards and budget;
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of books and equipment's;
Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of all materials and supplies;
Monitor stock levels, maintaining inventory accuracy and updating records;
Build relationships with vendors, negotiating prices and terms;
Coordinate delivery schedules to minimize disruption to school operations;
Ensure timely payment to suppliers and manage accounts payable records;
Conduct regular audits of inventory and procurement processes;
Resolve issues with suppliers, such as delayed shipments or incorrect orders;
10. Work with departments to assess purchasing needs and forecast demand;
11. Report on purchasing activities, costs and savings to the school management;
12. Monitor and update stock levels of school items, ensuring essential supplies are always available;
13. Manage sales and marketing for student enrolment;
14. Administer assessment tests;
15. Send memos to teachers, parents, coaches, bus drivers and other related parties;
16. Follow up on payments, including deposits, tuition fees, and miscellaneous fees;
17. Arrange appointments with parents & coaches for the school;
18. Prepare and maintain student files;
19. Handle student withdrawals, including issuing certificates, and school leaving documents;
20. Handle calls from parents, including requests, complaints, and feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Written and verbal fluency in English is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
