Sr Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design Management : Coordinate mechanical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress control.
• Cost Management : Monitor project costs, ensure budget compliance, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while optimizing efficiency.
• Client Communication : Communicate and negotiate with clients to understand requirements, resolve issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Personnel Development : Support training and development programs to enhance team members' technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Design & Analysis : Lead system structure design and evaluation for new product development or improvement projects.
• Quality Control : Ensure mechanical products meet relevant standards and specifications.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, cross-functional teams, and departments to achieve project objectives.
• Design Process : Establish and improve design standards, processes, and professional capabilities within the team.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
