Executive, Customer Experience / Telesales

Responsibilities

  • Attend outbound & inbound calls in a courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer expectations and handle complaints effectively.
  • Build customer retention by interviewing interested customers and handling loan application submissions.
  • Perform administrative tasks on insurance products from interview to submission, including request payment.
  • Conduct telesales for all Insurance Products (Auto & Credit Life).
  • Handle insurance claim cases from receiving offer letter to payment paid to our company.
  • Promote the TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and increase the number of FPX transactions.
  • Perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
