Facility Engineer

Responsibilities

Manage overall building and facility maintenance.

Ensure all maintenance works and service contracts are up to date.

Maintain all utilities and equipment in proper condition.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary.

Maintain and update ISO documentation; support audits.

Ensure all electrical, solar, and utility systems are in good working condition.

Oversee wastewater treatment plant and comply with DOE requirements.

Prepare and submit monthly reports to Suruhanjaya Tenaga and other agencies.

Supervise contractors, vendors, and cleaning teams.

Support after‑hours maintenance and emergency calls.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance.

Able to work independently and handle emergencies.
