Job Description
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and executive documents.
- Draft speeches, presentations, talking points, and correspondence.
- Manage the President’s calendar and prioritize key meetings and tasks.
- Attend meetings with the President, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and goals.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and monitor performance metrics.
- Engage with global, regional, and local stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain dashboards and project documentation for decision-making and accountability.
- Identify risks and obstacles, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and executive summaries on project progress.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Arrange travel and provide on-site support during business trips.
- Handle all administrative matters within the President’s Office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.5–8 years of experience in executive support and project management.Proven ability to manage complex calendars, high-level meetings, and executive materials.Strong project management skills to coordinate strategic initiatives across functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting speeches and presentations.Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating professional executive materials.High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs.Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support during trips or events.Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements
