In this role, you will be involved in project implementation, technical support, and ensuring smooth solution delivery to clients. This position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience (or internship exposure) who want to build their expertise in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, server, and network technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
Support project implementation, including onboarding, deployment, and preparation of documentation.Provide technical support to clients, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.Ensure deliverables comply with company standards, processes, and work instructions.Assist with customer success activities, such as follow-ups, reviews, and webinars.Continuously grow technical skills through certifications, self-learning, and training.Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.Highlight risks or challenges in service delivery and escalate for resolution.Contribute ideas for process improvements and support team efficiency.Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure).Familiarity with Microsoft 365, servers, and networks.Understanding of IT project delivery or system support.Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.Eagerness to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Education & Experience
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.1–2 years of experience in IT / cloud support (internship experience considered).Microsoft certifications (or willingness to pursue within the first year).
