Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure the software meets the desired quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project status, test results, and potential risks.
• Detailed understanding of properly documenting test cases and creating effective and focused testing plans.
• Analyze hardware and firmware requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Perform manual testing - functional & non-functional testing.
