Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure the software meets the desired quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure smooth execution of testing activities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Oversee defect tracking and resolution, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
- Provide regular updates on project status, test results, and potential risks.
- Detailed understanding of properly documenting test cases and creating effective and focused testing plans.
- Analyze hardware and firmware requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Perform manual testing - functional & non-functional testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant studies.Minimum 2 years of experience as a software tester, with leadership experience.Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.Experience with create test cases and prepare the test plan.Good at creating training documents and guiding tester on new knowledge.Detailed-oriented with finding and describe issues clearly.Basic knowledge of security testing is a plus.Hands on experience with any automation tools (Functional / non-functional) is a plus.Good at finding the risk on test plan and resource management.Fast-learner and willing to learn new knowledge.Able to work effectively and under pressure.Relevant certifications (e.g, CTFL, CAST, CSTE) would be a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
