Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to diagnose and resolve operational issues effectively.
Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities, to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvements and implement strategies to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including technicians and contractors to ensure completion within time, scope, and budget.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, to provide training, guidance, and task assignments to the team.
Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Control costs by optimizing resources and reducing waste.
Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective purchases of parts and services.
Maintain logs of maintenance schedules, work orders, and repairs to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance.
Generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs.
Ad-hoc task assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in maintenance facilities, at least 2 years in manager / assistant manager position.
Experience in maintenance / preventive maintenance.
Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work for long hours and weekends / public holidays.
Own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley, and outstation if needed.
