Digital Consultant

As our Digital Consultant you are the expert, and go to person for all digitalization & automation related topics within HEINEKEN Malaysia Berhad. You will support, challenge, inspire and guide employees across the company in their digital challenges and opportunities. You are familiar with topics like eCommerce, IOT, RPA, Block Chain and chatbots and know how to unlock their full potential.

By nature, you are eager to understand our customers, business and processes; and look forward to identifying opportunities. You love getting your hands dirty, are thrilled when the most suitable solution is found and can’t help yourself to do a small cheer when you see the expected results (time saving, process efficiency, positive CSAT scores etc.) flying in. Besides your active contribution to the digital & automation roadmap, you will use your successes to inspire colleagues throughout the entire organization.

In this role, you will :

• Collaborate with business users to understand their business needs and pain points
• Identify opportunities to deliver innovative tech solutions
• Manage projects and solution providers to ensure successful tech solution deliveries
• Act as escalation point for issues with solutions
• Plan and conduct UAT for solutions
• Spot market trends and opportunities relevant for our customers, consumers and employees
• Own our digital solutions and build our digital domain

Key Requirements :

You have a broad interest and background in digital & automation solutions ranging from SaaS- solutions to eCommerce and Cloud to UID as well as Chatbots, CMS and RPA.
