Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering field Minimum CGPA of 3.3 / 4.0 Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of relevant work experience Preferred proficiency in electrical / system‑related knowledge Understanding of tool monitoring and interdiction software, equipment maintenance, and documentation Experience in ATE and manufacturing background is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across functions Initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment Competitive pay and benefits designed to support employees and their families Focus on employee well‑being

Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Sustaining and maintaining TnF tooling to ensure tool stability
- Working on long‑term improvement projects contributing to tool stability
- Yield improvement initiatives
- Establishing programs and solutions to increase uptime and address equipment problems affecting manufacturing
- Providing technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams
