Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and inventory control techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge in ISO 9001 / 14000 Quality Management System is preferable.
Job Scope
- Lead the warehouse team in daily operations
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics and shipping.
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goals
- Ensure accurate stock control (in and out)
- Load and unload of materials and goods
- To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by the management
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support inventory analysis.
