A U.S.-based digital health company is transforming Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) through a device-agnostic platform integrated with pharmacies and providers.

Responsibilities
- Call new patients to confirm device receipt and assist with setup (blood pressure cuffs, glucometers, scales, etc.).
- Provide initial orientation on device use and the digital health platform.
- Make scheduled follow-up calls, SMS, or video check-ins to ensure proper device usage.
- Remind patients of required daily / weekly readings to meet RPM compliance (≥16 days of readings per month).
- Record and document “interactive communication” for audit compliance.
Case Management Support
Escalate abnormal readings (e.g., high BP, low SpO₂) to supervising RNs.Log patient-reported symptoms, device issues, or care questions in the EHR.Follow approved scripts and care pathways for troubleshooting.Administrative Tasks
Accurately record time spent per patient interaction for CPT billing compliance.Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).Participate in daily / weekly check-ins with the shift manager.Qualifications
Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant or related healthcare training program.1+ years of clinical or telehealth experience preferred.Strong Chinese communication skills (spoken and written).Comfortable with telephony, video calls, and digital documentation systems.Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows (RPM / CCM experience a plus).Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.Key Skills
