Responsibilities
Support Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Esker applications.Maintain and administer Salesforce workflows, e-forms, user accounts, security controls, and interface configurations.Monitor system integrations and provide Level 1 resolution to ensure smooth system performance.Gather, validate, and document business requirements.Projects & New Initiatives
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Service Cloud (Employee Intranet platform).Support SIT and UAT activities for Salesforce, D365, and Esker upgrades and change requests.Ensure all enhancements comply with governance, control, and security standards.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines (Finance background is an advantage).Minimum 3 years of working experience in IS / IT, including relevant experience in application support and project implementation.Hands-on knowledge in Salesforce Service Cloud (administration, workflows, user access, security controls) – Mandatory.Knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and Esker applications is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.Fluent in English (Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage).Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
